After submission of appeal online, a tracking number will be generated. You can track your appeal through this number on Home page.

Aggrieved person/Unit can file an appeal before Appellate Authority within 30 days of passing of impugned order.

Fee will be paid through Demand draft payable in favour of Director, Environment & Climate Change Department, Haryana Payable at Chandigarh.

Any Authorised person/advocate can file appeal on Appellate Authority portal i.e. http://appeal.harevnironment.gov.in

The steps for filing the appeal are as under:

1. Open the URL- http://appeal.harevnironment.gov.in
2. Appellant Registration: - Read the instruction and click on I understand & start registration.
3. Fill the Basic Details
4. OTP will be generated. Submit the OTP
5. Fill the details as per Performa and attached the required document.
6. Choose the unit category and submit fee details.
7. Review and submit.

Court will held at FCR Court no. 1 New Civil Secretariat, Sec-17, Chandigarh.
